What do you mean....Oreos? :-oThey aren't that complicated... :-) If you mean computer cookies, they are little codes that websites put on your computer to track you. You can't do a multi page interaction with a site, or a login -- eg -- without cookies....
I know what they are, there was a thing to all blogger blogs saying we had to explain their cookie policy to the reader.
