What about Wordpress?
Thanks for the suggestion. As I understand it, worpdpress is not a totally web based platform. You have to down load stuff.I don't like that.
wordpress does not require download after all. Nevertheless its not free either, but I will probably go wit it.
Please post the link when you do find a new blog. I consider your blog essential reading.

I did that. problem is they want give us another URL. I don't like that,too many links to re do.
