ATheist Watch is back!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Atheist Watch Is my new Blog where I will chart the progress of the New Atheism in critical terms. Part of the mission of Atheist Watch is to keep track of the New Atheism as it transits from a lose collection of angry misfits to an actual hate group. I will also present arguments about major atheist ideas and others things pertaining to events connected with the atheist movement. I will use this blog for positive things. Here is where I will put God arguments and analyze ideas and constructs. But Atheist Watch will be used much as old Blog Fundie Watch was used. I hope Atheist Watch gets more traffic. Almost no one ever looked at Fundie Watch. I'm not sure why. but both groups need to be keep kept in view. Both New Atheism and fundies are a threat to society.

Hopefully this new incarnation of the site will be a more serious analysis of developments in the atheist community.

  1. I will, of course, continue to read this blog, but I unsubscribed from Atheist Watch. My blood pressure is high enough as it is.

  2. I don't think the current installment is unreasonable. It's ideas it's not slander.

On this go round I'm not going to put up a bunch of crap form message boards. I'm going to keep it analytical. Its' not going to be about how bad everyone is.

I never did. I don't think there's ever a good reason for that sort of behaviour.

The New Testament has been telling Christians for thousands of years to "avoid" and "reject" those who pose a threat to Christian doctrine, whether within or outside the Church (Titus 3:9, etc).

Therefore, if an apologist disobeys this and continues debating such people, they are not only disobeying their bible, but displaying the same lack of common sense they accuse atheists of.

Bull! are the kind of person who can't ride in a car because no Bible verse tells you you can ride in cars?

I could find a bunch of proof text to disprove such nonesuch, but why bother? You wouldn't be able to make a decent argument against an atheist anyway.
